Nature-Inspired Surface Pattern Design

My patterns are drawn from the natural world on my doorstep - woodland, hedgerow, coastline and garden - translated into designs that are quietly distinctive, considered and built to endure beyond a single season.

Every piece begins by hand through sketching, painting or printmaking, before being carefully developed into seamless, vectorised repeats. I work predominantly in soft, muted palettes that reflect the rhythms and textures of the natural world, bringing calm and timelessness to the products they grace.

I believe the character that comes from working by hand is worth preserving - the subtle imperfections, the texture, the sense that something was made with real attention. That quality is at the heart of everything I produce.

My work is well suited to fabric, home furnishings, stationery and kitchenware. I'm particularly interested in partnering with brands who share a genuine commitment to ethical and sustainable production - businesses for whom design is not just aesthetic, but a reflection of values.
