Creative Wellbeing Experiences, Thoughtfully Delivered

I design and deliver nature-inspired creative workshops and experiences that support wellbeing across a range of settings - from workplaces and community organisations to health and care environments and private gatherings.

Everything I do is rooted in creativity, care and professional experience. My sessions create calm, inclusive spaces where people can slow down, connect and express themselves - whatever their background, ability or experience.

The setting changes. The intention doesn't: to offer meaningful, accessible creative experiences that genuinely enrich people's lives.

One to One Home Visits

Creative Support at Home

Sometimes health, mobility or the passing of time can make it harder to enjoy the things that once brought pleasure. If you - or someone you care for - has lost touch with a favourite hobby or is spending too much time alone, I'm here to help gently change that.

I offer one-to-one creative sessions in the comfort of your own home, designed around the individual - their interests, their abilities and what feels enjoyable on any given day. Whether that's art, craft, gardening, cooking or something else entirely, I'll bring everything needed and we will work at a pace that feels right.

There's no pressure and no expectation. Just a friendly, unhurried visit focused entirely on what brings a little joy.

What's included:

All materials and equipment are provided. Sessions are fully tailored to individual interests, abilities and needs - including for those living with dementia or complex physical and mental health conditions. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, I'm confident and compassionate working across a wide range of needs, and I understand how to make people feel safe, comfortable and genuinely engaged.

Sessions from £50 for a one-hour visit.

If you'd like to find out more or have a chat about how I might be able to help, please don't hesitate to get in touch — I'd love to hear from you
