Inclusive, Nature-inspired Creative Workshops for Adults in Health, Care and Community Settings.

Enriching Lives Through Creative Wellbeing

Whether you lead a community group or manage a residential or nursing care home, you already know how much a meaningful activity can matter to the people in your care.

My workshops offer a safe, thoughtfully designed and cost-effective way to enhance wellbeing, reduce social isolation and genuinely enrich what you already provide - brought directly into your setting, and shaped entirely around the people in it.

What my sessions look like

Every workshop is calm, accessible and tailored to your group. Activities suit a wide range of abilities and engagement styles, and the focus is always on enjoyment and meaningful participation - never on producing a perfect end result.

Sessions often spark conversation, shared memories and quiet moments of real connection. The kind that stay with people.

All materials and equipment are provided. I lead each session fully, working alongside your staff without adding to their workload, and always in line with your routines and safeguarding policies.

Experience you can trust

With over 20 years as an NHS registered nurse and two years specialising in creative health, I understand both the clinical realities and the human heart of care settings.

I am fully insured, enhanced DBS checked, and trained in advanced communication, coaching and mental health first aid - and I work confidently with people across a wide range of physical, cognitive and communication abilities.

Flexible to fit your setting

Available as a one-off session or an ongoing programme, to complement and enrich the activities you already offer.

I'd love to find out more about your setting and how I might be able to help. Get in touch for a friendly, no-obligation conversation.
